Java Street is typically the type of place where neighbors spend summer nights sitting out on their stoops. But, on Saturday night a man apparently raped a woman in front of an apartment building, according to authorities.
Anthony Criscuolo, 40, was arrested Wednesday and charged with first-degree rape, predatory sexual assault against a child, attempted rape and endangering the welfare of a child, authorities said.
