This marks the 69th year of the dyeing of the Chicago River. The St. Patrick’s Day Parade downtown will follow Saturday, and the South Side Irish Parade in Beverly is coming up Sunday.
From the Chicago River dyeing to parades and bar crawls, there are all sorts of events and festivities going on this weekend for Saint Patrick’s Day.
