Friday is the last day to apply for cook county's new guaranteed income program.

Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle wants to hire 200 additional employees on top of the 4,000 vacancies the county needs to fill.
More than 3,000 Cook County residents will receive $500 a month for 2 years.
"That type of personal information, once somebody has it, they have it. There's nothing you can do to get it back."
Applications open October 3rd.
