The attacks happened within 5 minutes of each other on the 0-100 block of West Kinzie Street.
Rashee Wyrick, 32, of Chicago, was arrested on Saturday by the Illinois Department of Corrections and the U.S. Marshals Service's Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force.
The victim was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition.
