Pena was convicted of three counts of committing a criminal sexual act. Pena was also convicted of three counts of predatory sexual assault. Jurors were unable to reach a verdict on two counts of rape and two other counts of predatory sexual assault.
Today in Connecticut, a man will be sentenced for a rape and murder for which someone else was already imprisoned.
