Police said the driver was wanted for running red lights and traveling at a high rate of speed.
Lajuan Deshaun King, 25, pleaded no contest to a felony count of fleeing a pursuing peace officer's motor vehicle causing serious bodily injury in the case.
The suspect is in a Fiat 500 that apparently came back listed as stolen.
The suspect, in a silver KIA, is driving recklessly.
