The three suspects approached the victim on board a train at the 47th Street station, displayed a knife, maced the victim, and tried to take their belongings.
Chicago police said the teen was arrested by officers and the Mass Transit Tactical Team on Friday in the 5100 block of South Wentworth Avenue.

Indya Smith, 23, was charged with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated battery, and unlawful use of a weapon without a FOID card and was cited for having a weapon on the CTA.
