Police said the woman stole an Arlington Heights Fire Department ambulance from the emergency room bay at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights around 4:15 a.m.
About 1:30 a.m., the three men were at a party in the 7300 block of South Champlain Avenue when two men walked in and opened fire, police said.
