Park Ridge police seek suspect in armed convenience store robbery

Chicago police said the victim was standing outside when an SUV approached, and an unknown male got out, displayed a firearm, and demanded the victim's property.
The victim was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in critical condition with a stab wound to the back.
Evidence markers were placed on the sidewalk where the victim, only described as a male, was walking along with a car with shot-out windows.
Police say four men were caught in the rail yard near the Stevenson Expressway and Pulaski.
The scam offers fake promises of lower monthly payments or loan forgiveness with immediate results and demands upfront fees.
Chicago police said that just before 2 a.m., the victim was approached in the 2800 block of South Kolin Avenue by someone wearing all black, who then fired shots and fled in an unknown direction.
