At least one person has died after a multi-vehicle crash on Route 28.
Route 28 is open to two lanes of traffic in both directions at the Highland Park Bridge interchange after three years.

The council said if something can't be done with the bridge, they will have to work on creating some sort of barrier for the trail itself. KDKA's Chris Hoffman reports.
