Footage shows the shooter roaming through a school corridor holding a gun and walking into a room labeled "church office," then coming back out.
The shooting happened shortly after 10 p.m. Monday on St. Nicholas Avenue near 116th Street.
Antoine Blount, 34, of Forest Hills, was arrested Monday on multiple hate crime charges.

So far, there's no description of the suspect, and it's unclear what led up to the attack.
Police say the man's father said his son stated, "If any cops show up here today, I will kill them."
