Once we get into the summer months, it seems like there's a festival every weekend. Starting this Thursday night, music fans will be able to take in some free concerts in downtown St. Paul for three nights.
Saturday is the start of the two-day River's Edge Music Festival. About 35,000 people are expected for the Harriet Island, event which features national acts like Dave Matthews and Tool as well as local acts.
