According to the CHP, some kind of disagreement erupted between two cars, and the passenger of a blue Dodge Charger fired three shots at the other driver. The driver, a man, was hit in the leg and taken to a hospital.
This comes after two vehicles were shot at along the 405 Freeway near Westminster in Orange County on Tuesday afternoon.
Two Southern California residents, unknown to each other until a scary event, are alive and able to tell the tale after someone fired shots at their vehicles while they were driving on the freeway.
