Chicago police arrested the teen Thursday, in the 4700 block of North Central Park Avenue.
Police said the victim told the offenders he didn't have anything before the offenders kicked him to the ground and took items from his pockets.
Police said the robbers had held up a woman in Brighton Park, but officers were able to trace the robbers with an AirTag that was in the woman's stolen purse. CBS 2's Jermont Terry reports.
