Gregory A. Williams Jr., 40, of Lakemoor, was charged with two counts of burglary and one count of possessing burglary tools.
The sprinkler system put the fire out, but heavy smoke remained through the building.
Information about injuries and the extent of the damage was not immediately learned.
"She is happy, she's friendly, she plays nonstop. A very sweet soul."
