The Lake County Sheriff's Office said around noon Saturday, deputies responded to the crash involving a bicycle and a car at the intersection of West Rockland Road and the Des Plaines River pedestrian and bicycle trail.
They said he urged her to take a bus to Chicago earlier this month, where he picked her up and took her to his Libertyville home, which he shares with his mother, and sexually abused her.
