The ages of the victims range from 17 to 42.
The victims, a 33-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman, were standing outside when someone inside a black sedan pulled up and fired shots at them.
Roy Armond, 50, was arrested on Tuesday in the 6300 block of South Damen Avenue.

Police radio dispatches indicated that the victim was shot in the face and multiple times throughout his body.
The victim was hit in the neck and abdomen and was taken to Comer Children's Hospital, where he died.
Police say the teen was outside near 110th and Eggleston around 6 p.m. when a person in a dark vehicle pulled up to him.
The victim was unable to provide any details about the shooting, but preliminary investigation indicated that someone inside a vehicle shot him.
