It has been nearly three years since Walter Williams Jr. was hit and killed while on his bike.
The victim hasn't been identified.
The motorcyclist, a 56-year-old man, was pronounced dead on the scene.
The motorcyclist was taken to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
