Police were called for gunfire in the 800 block of North Cambridge Avenue, near Chestnut Street, where they found a man had been shot.

The man—Lorenzo Williams, 32—was charged with felonies and misdemeanor after his arrest Tuesday in the Cabrini Rowhouses.
