President Trump took to his social media Friday, sharing plans to take away Harvard University's tax-exempt status, saying "it's what they deserve." WBZ-TV's Beth Germano reports.
"We are going to be taking away Harvard's Tax Exempt Status. It's what they deserve!" the president said in a post to Truth Social.
If this goes through, Harvard would have to pay federal taxes and donations to the school would not be tax-deductible.
