For the fifth time, a Ravens player has been arrested, making the team number one in most arrests for the off-season. The latest arrest involves starting cornerback Jimmy Smith, who was taken into Baltimore County police custody over the weekend after they say he did not follow police orders.
"Guys like Marlon Brown have already been asked to take reduced roles because of arrivals to the team such as Steve Smith," Wilson added.
