Allegheny County police are asking for the public's help finding a Frazer Township woman who vanished nearly a month ago and has not been heard from since.

Jessica was born and raised in Hockessin, Delaware, a small town outside of Wilmington. She attended West Virginia University and graduated with a degree in TV Journalism and she studied non-fiction writing.
Jessica has a passion for animals. She has spent a lot of time volunteering for animal shelters and rescues. She loves her rescue cats and dog! She also enjoys spending time with her family and going to the Delaware beaches.
