Man charged in shooting at Scoop Waukegan Car Show and Festival over weekend

The official cause of the fire was not released.
Chicago police said responding officers found the victim with a gunshot wound to the leg inside the business.
Of the 162 employees, 82 were from central office positions and the remaining 80 were from those citywide positions, CPS said.
