Firefighters responded to the fire at the one-and-a-half-story home just before midnight, in the 10300 block of South Calumet.
Police said a 15-year-old girl was driving the car with the 51-year-old man in the passenger seat when she lost control and struck the building.
The robberies happened on June 4 at the Library State/ Van Buren stop, located in the 0-100 block of West Van Buren Street.
Police say the men, 25 and 30, were outside when an unknown suspect approached and fired shots in their direction.
She was taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The crash happened around 5:40 p.m., in the 1000 block of Touhy Avenue.
They say two men displayed guns and demanded money.
Police say two pedestrians were struck by the car which then fled eastbound on Chicago Avenue.
Police say officers responded to the 500 block of South Genesee Street around 2:33 p.m. for a report of a shooting.
Initial reports say the car was traveling in the center lane behind the trailer when, for unknown reasons, the driver lost control of the vehicle and struck the rear passenger side of the trailer.
Phillip Cooper, 41, was arrested by Chicago police Friday morning in the 8100 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue.
Police say the officer was involved in a confrontation with an armed individual in a vehicle when they produced their firearm and discharged their weapon.
The victim was being driven by another 33-year-old man to the University of Chicago Medical Center when he struck another car and then a pole.
