Police say she was shot once in the lower back and once in the lower abdomen.
Park officials said the late Saturday night shooting followed an altercation between two groups of teenagers near the Musik Express ride at the park in West Mifflin, southeast of Pittsburgh.
The shooting happened on the 800 block of East Chelten Avenue.
The Bucks County District Attorney's Office said the shooter called 911 Friday night and remained on scene.
Police say the three suspects were inside a store before they shot a man out on the sidewalk.
Philadelphia police are teaming up with the community this weekend to take back neighborhoods from gun violence.

Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw said the officers were doing routine patrol and came under fire, which led to police firing back the suspect.

As they investigate, what is clear is the pain felt by those who lost loved ones.
It happened around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at 17th and Courtland Streets at the Stenton Park Rec Center.
Doctors are working hard to try and save her life, but police said she lost a lot of blood after getting shot in the head.
Sources say they're looking at a possible link between one of the shooters and two other homicides in recent weeks.
This happened last Monday, Sept. 26 on the 600 block of North 13th Street.
The city of Philadelphia is offering a reward of $45,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction for the homicide.
Police say four unidentified men jumped out of a passing car and shot the man in the head.

Sources say DNA analysis of that SUV tied to the shooting shows Burney-Thorne was likely the getaway driver.
