Markis Hubbs, 24; Kenyon Armstrong, 18; and Marquise Key, 19, have all been charged with one count of armed robbery and two counts of attempted armed robbery, both felonies, according to a statement from Chicago Police. They all also face one misdemeanor count of unlawful use of a weapon.
In both robberies, three people approached someone, showed a handgun and took property, according to an alert from Chicago Police. In one robbery, the suspects drove away in a black Nissan.
