Man dies after being shot by deputy during SWAT standoff in Crystal Lake

Emiaya Shannon, 27, Shawanda Outlaw, 28, and Martasia Barney, 27, all from Chicago, appeared in court Thursday morning.
Ralwin Galito Perez, 30, was arrested and charged with one felony count of aggravated battery with use of a deadly weapon.

Keithina Brisco Edwards, 24, was arrested and charged with one felony count of attempted first-degree murder.
