The incident happened on June 21 around 1:40 a.m. in the 0–100 block of West 69th Street.
The ages of the victims range from 20 to 55.
During this investigation, 20 firearms and three machine gun Conversion Devices were recovered.
Chicago police said the body was recovered just before 12:30 p.m. in the 6300 block of South Hayes Drive.
The crash happened just before 10 p.m. on northbound Illinois 394, just north of Dyer Road.
When the suspects arrived at a Gurnee-area hotel and offered money for sexual acts, they were arrested and taken to the Lake County Jail, sheriffs said.
It happened around 3 a.m. in the 2200 block of West Cortland Avenue, near Ehrler William Park.
The victim's identity was not released as of Saturday.
Malik Washington, 26, of Calument City, pleaded guilty earlier this year to a federal robbery charge.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The North Shore Mosquito Abatement District said the batch was collected on Monday in a trap and tested positive for the virus on Thursday.
Emmanuel Rivera, 18, was charged with two counts of aggravated fleeing and eluding, one count of aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, and multiple misdemeanor and petty traffic offenses.
Carl Sturdivant, 44, was arrested by Chicago police on Thursday in the 2700 block of South California Avenue.
Adrian Pleban, 18, of Hanover Park, was charged with two counts of reckless homicide and two counts of aggravated reckless driving causing great bodily harm.
