Bank robber arrested while waiting for bus in Westchester

The victim told officers he was being chased by an unknown offender who pulled out a handgun and fired multiple shots.
When the victims arrived to meet up with the man near 63rd and Morgan, the man pulled out a gun and demanded the victim's money and cell phone.
