There were a few stronger wind gusts with showers that lifted north through earlier Saturday afternoon as much of South Florida was under flood watches and wind advisories.
All traffic lights at Northeast 163rd Street and Biscayne Boulevard were out when it occurred.

Firefighters have contained the flames and are monitoring the area for hot spots.
Police told CBS News Miami that the vehicle involved was listed as a "felony vehicle" by Hendry County officials.
BSO Traffic Homicide detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
The rapper sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
New details emerged in the crash that left one person dead and two others in critical condition on Friday morning.
The FBI and local law enforcement were involved in the case.
Detectives are investigating a possible motive.
The rapper, whose legal name is Bill Kapri, was found asleep in a car parked in the middle of the road early Thursday.
