The 33-year-old suspect was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI and murder.
The Inglewood mayor says that the shooter, an employee of Spartan College for two months, was targeting the school's dean in the shooting on Friday afternoon.
The crash happened at around 6:30 p.m. near N. Glenoaks Boulevard and Vaughn Street, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
It happened at around 10:10 p.m. on Friday near Wall Street and Manchester Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Firefighters said that one of the drivers was hospitalized after they were extricated from inside their vehicle.
It happened at around 11 p.m. on Friday near Magnolia Avenue and Pacific Avenue, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
Deputies were dispatched to the 1100 block of N. Eastman Avenue between Meisner Street and N. Gage Avenue in the unincorporated community of City Terrace at around 11 p.m. on Friday.
The ocean water closure runs from Talbert Channel outfall at Huntington State Beach to the projection of Grant Street in Newport Beach, according to the Orange County Health Care Agency.
Residents were inside of both homes at the time of the crash, but firefighters say they were able to make it out unharmed.
