A brief but high speed pursuit involving the driver of a pickup truck came to a sudden end in the Buena Park area when police conducted an immaculate PIT maneuver on Friday.
Officers were called to the home after receiving an unknown trouble call early Wednesday morning.
The incident happened at around 2 a.m. after a small chemical spill at the park.
Officers have been at the scene of the standoff, a home in the 3400 block of Adriatic Avenue, since around 2:40 p.m.
Deputies say that the pursuit began after they determined the vehicle was stolen.
