Firefighters say that the crash happened at around 2:10 p.m. near the intersection of Balboa Boulevard and Burbank Boulevard, according to a statement from Los Angeles Fire Department officials.
The crash happened a little before 11:30 p.m. near Sand Canyon Road and the Sierra Highway, according to the CHP.
The crash left a large hole in the side of a shop in the 6400 block of N. Wilkinson Avenue.
The shooting happened at around 5:40 p.m. near El Dorado Park, according to LASD investigators.
Family members last heard from Richard Torres, 30, the night before an empty kayak washed ashore at Elizabeth Lake on Wednesday.
