SEPTA's celebrating Black History Month by paying tribute to historic Black figures.

A driver tried to go around a railroad crossing south of Baltimore Avenue and the car was struck by a train last month.
SEPTA says the crossing gate will have to be rebuilt.
They say the incident is "not yet confirmed as a water main break/leak from city pipes."
