Officials say the officers involved in the shooting were put on administrative leave.
Two men were injured in the incident. Both were taken to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso.
So far, no arrests have been made.
Police say a 14-year-old is in custody.
She was not the intended target, according to police.
