It happened just after 9 p.m. Sunday at the 116th Street station in Far Rockaway.
Police said the victim collapsed in front of a smoke shop on Rivington Street after getting shot just before 1 a.m. Sunday.
Everyone affected is being notified as the police and FBI investigate.
