The player purchased the "777 Jackpot" scratch-off ticket at a 7-Eleven at 1585 Rand Road.
The $10 scratch-off ticket gives players the option, if won, a choice to receive up to $25,000 per month for 20 years.
The $20 progressive Fast Play game starts at $50,000 and increases with each ticket sold statewide until the jackpot is won.

There was one winner in the $842.4 million Powerball drawing Monday night and that ticket was sold in Michigan.
If a winner takes the cash option, they'll bring home almost $409 million.
No winners took home Saturday night's Powerball Jackpot. It was worth $760 million with no player matching all six winning numbers to claim the top prize.
The winning ticket was sold at a BP gas station, located at 4300 S. State St in Chicago. The station will receive a one percent selling bonus of the winnings.
They purchased the scratch-off ticket, 777 Jackpot, and won $777,777 – the top prize in the game.
The drawing is happening Saturday night and will be the last one of the year.
If there's a winner, they'd get the third-largest Powerball payout of 2023.
If won, it'll be the eleventh-largest Powerball jackpot ever.
Both won $1 million each by playing the new instant ticket game, $10 million, lottery officials said.
The jackpot has been growing since October after someone in California won the $1.765 billion prize.
So far, there have been five Powerball jackpots won this year.
It's the sixth-largest jackpot for the game won so far this year.
