The 10th annual Lakeview Taco Fest takes place from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m.
Firefighters made a dramatic rescue down more than a dozen flights of stairs. But even before they arrived, neighbors tried to step in.

All three were taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital by the Chicago Fire Department.
Admission is free, but there is a suggested $10 donation.
