A witness told police that a 28-year-old man was on the sidewalk when an unknown person began shooting in the direction of the victim, striking him several times about his body.

Police said a group of individuals were gathered on the street when a white truck approached, and an exchange of gunfire erupted between those from the truck and individuals who were gathered on the street.
