A Michigan couple who were jailed in Mexico over a timeshare agreement dispute is mired in legal action against the resort company.

Paula Wethington is a digital producer at CBS Detroit. Much of her previous career was as a journalist at The Monroe News in Monroe, Michigan, where she held a number of roles including digital team leader, community news reporter, podcast host and personal finance columnist.
