Patrick Damp is a web producer for CBS Pittsburgh. A native of Pittsburgh, Patrick grew up in Penn Hills, where he graduated high school in 2009. After that, he went on to study journalism and public relations at Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he contributed to the newspaper's sports podcast "Out of Bounds."
After getting his degree, Patrick went on to work in digital media for the Pittsburgh Penguins' ECHL affiliate, the Wheeling Nailers, and then the New Jersey Devils' AHL affiliate the Utica Comets. After half a decade in sports communication, Patrick decided to pursue his dream of working in journalism in his hometown and joined the CBS Pittsburgh team in 2019.
