New CEO of Baltimore City Public Schools outlines 100-day entry plan
New Baltimore City Public Schools CEO Dr. Jermaine Dawson addressed how he will work to improve education at the Baltimore Design School on Monday.

Kellye Lynn is an award-winning journalist who serves as an anchor/reporter at WJZ CBS Baltimore.
She rejoined the station in 2026 after working in the same capacity for more than a decade at WJLA-TV in the Washington, D.C. area.
While at the ABC affiliate, Kellye won two Emmy Awards as an anchor for Outstanding Newscast and Outstanding Continuing Coverage.
During her first stop at WJZ, Kellye served as the noon anchor and covered the health beat. Baltimore Magazine repeatedly selected her as "Best Anchor," with editors describing her approach to delivering the news as "polished and personable."
Kellye majored in broadcast journalism at Howard University in Washington, D.C., where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, spending time outdoors, and traveling.
