Chicago police said that during the argument, the driver drove onto the curb, hitting the victim before leaving the scene early Saturday morning.
The suspect was charged with felony burglary for the crime in Oak Lawn and two felonies for burglary and theft in Chicago Ridge.
The body was taken to the Kane County Coroner's Office for further investigation and identification.
The attorney's office said that a seventh suspect was arrested on Tuesday morning, and a criminal complaint will be submitted to the court for his alleged role.
