The suspect in the attack on Thursday at Temple Israel in West Bloomfield, Michigan, has been identified as a 41-year-old Lebanese-born U.S. citizen, the DHS told CBS News.
Jennifer Runyan, FBI Detroit's special agent in charge, said only one person was involved in the incident and confirmed that the person is deceased. His identity and motive are unknown.
