Man arrested for kicking deputy several times after incident at Florida Keys bar, authorities say

Deputies learned Zachary Cappetta, who they said was intoxicated, allegedly grabbed a woman by the arm inside the bar and was escorted outside.
According to the Miami Gardens Police Department, officers were called to the 2700 block of NW 191 Street after reports of shots being fired.
According to the City of Miami Fire-Rescue, the incident happened at NW 15th Ave. and 65 Street in Liberty City.
Police said three 18-year-olds were taken into custody in connection with the incident.
Lakenya Dwynette Harris was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 4, after an investigation into the misconduct allegations, according to school officials.
DFR pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Police said the 30-year-old victim was transported to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The Grand Prairie Police Department received a 911 call from a woman who was screaming and claiming her boyfriend was assaulting her inside a vehicle.
According to the Fort Worth Fire Department, the incident happened near the 5000 block of Vickery.
When crews arrived, they saw thick smoke from the two-story home and began "an aggressive interior attack," officials said in a news release.
