More officers will be deployed to the Market Frankford and Broad Street lines.
The officers will be partnered with SEPTA's ambassadors, who will wear yellow vests, on the Broad Street and Market-Frankford lines.

Police say a man was fatally stabbed Wednesday night at the 8th Street Station.
SEPTA police arrested the stabbing suspect at 2nd Street Station, an official said.

Police say the man was stabbed twice in the chest and pronounced dead at Jefferson Hospital.
The attack happened around 6:00 p.m. last night on the train platform.
