A teenager was injured, and is now in trouble with the law, after a shooting in North Philadelphia.
Police also arrested his passenger who they say was carrying a gun and drugs.
District Attorney Larry Krasner said in July, another 7-year-old was hit by a stray bullet in the same neighborhood.
Police say the woman was sitting in a parked car with a man when at least two gunmen opened fire on the vehicle.
The victims were found on the living room floor, officials say.
Police say a 34-year-old man, a 25-year-old man, a 41-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman suffered gunshot wounds and were transported to a nearby hospital.
Police say he was shot in the neck.
Investigators are still working to figure out what led to the shooting.
Authorities say no arrests have been made.
