Police ID person fatally shot, offender in Broad Street Line Center City shooting

Fifty-year-old Nevaughn Beasley of the 1400 block of North 54th Street was shot in the chest and died Saturday afternoon.
The shooting happened on the 700 block of North DeKalb Street just before 4:15 a.m.
The shooting happened before 8 p.m. along South 58th Street.
The man was pronounced dead before 1:30 p.m. after being taken to a hospital.
It happened on the 3100 block of North Patton Street in North Philadelphia.
