Also known as New York State Route 27, Sunrise Highway has become so congested in one 10-mile stretch in Suffolk County, officials and first responders say it needs another lane in both directions. CBS News New York's Carolyn Gusoff reports.

For years, New York has been fighting the Shinnecock Nation, saying the land in Southampton where the Nation put up massive billboards isn't Shinnecock land, but Thursday, the U.S. Department of the Interior sided with the tribe, saying the land known as Westwood Property is theirs.

As this matter may relate to pending litigation, we cannot comment at this time."
