The case took a strange turn on Thursday when the judge recused herself. A search warrant revealed the accused, a 65-year-old retired doorman, had more than two dozen weapons in his home. CBS2's Naveen Dhaliwal has the story.
Charles Foehner, 65, told officers he opened fire on 32-year-old Cody Gonzalez. Foehner says Gonzalez had a sharp object when he demanded cash and cigarettes. Police say that sharp object turned out to be a pen. CBS2's Dick Brennan reports.
