The felonies, authorities say, are connected to an incident at Colonial Bar and Restaurant on Nov. 27.
Chris Anguisaca, 19, underwent multiple surgeries and said he's grateful to be alive.
Police said a 28-year-old employee was behind the counter when they demanded merchandise and refused to pay.
Police said two men knocked the victim to the ground and stole his wallet, containing $1,000.
It happened just before 5:30 p.m. Wednesday on a northbound J train.
The victim was taken to a local hospital to be treated for a bloody nose.
Police say the 30-year-old came in to complain about his father being mistreated there.
The frightening incident happened Saturday in the Midland Beach section of the borough.
His surrender comes five months after the FBI raided his home and office.
The 53-year-old victim met up with the suspects around 4:40 p.m. Sunday on Hubbard Street in Sheepshead Bay.
Jennifer Ynoa was killed in Bedford-Stuyvesant on Jan. 2.
"He took off, started doing 100 on the freeway, and just, like, it was all crazy," the 11-year-old said.
